What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes entry to the event, access to the 15+ participating spots and their discounted holiday drink specials, entertainment including live music, photo ops, after party admission, and a souvenir swag item. Please note that due to TABC laws, complimentary drinks are not included in the ticket price.

What if tickets are sold out?

We NOT be selling walk-up tickets, so you MUST buy yours online before.

How will bars know if I’m part of the crawl?

You will be given a distinct Naughty or Nice bar crawl wristband and swag item that signals to bars you are part of the crawl.

Is there a limit to how many specials I can order?

There is no limit to how many specials you can order, however, we encourage you to check out the specials and excitement at different bars. Dallasites101 also asks you to drink responsibly.

Do I need to follow a specific order on the crawl?

This year we have 6 recommended routes for you and your pals to follow to have a jolly good time. However, there is no mandatory route and you may bounce around as you please!

What happens if a bar runs out a special on the list?

All participating bars should be prepared for the amount of attendees. However, if a bar does run out of a noted special, they will honor the same drink special price with a back up drink. In the case of any issue, please DM us on Instagram @dallasites101 so we can rectify as quickly as possible.

What if a bar doesn’t have space for me to enter?

In years’ past, we have noticed that sometimes people can get comfortable and post up at one spot for a long period of time. There is nothing wrong with doing that but to make sure that everyone can check out every bar on the list if they so please, we encourage everyone to keep moving around! It’s part of the experience anyways as these bars are preparing with fun drinks, decor & more!

We will have team members helping with the flow of the event day, who will be encouraging all crawlers to check out less crowded bars and will keep crawlers up to date on those locations in real-time.

Should I dress up?

YES! While festive holiday attire is not required, it is highly encouraged! You’ll see many crawlers in their ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa suits, elf outfits and more.

What happens if I miss/am late to check-in?

Check in will be from 12-2:30pm. Since this is halfway through the bar crawl we will not be able to guarantee check in after that time. However, if you have a friend or fellow crawler coming earlier, they are able to check in for you and grab your wristband and swag item to provide to you when you do arrive.

What should I do if a bar isn’t honoring a special?

We are so sorry if this happens but if so, Dallasites101 staff will be in the area. Please let one of our staffers know or DM us on Instagram and we will provide a solution and reach out to that said bar to rectify the issue immediately.

Is this event associated with Santa Con in New York?

No, it is not. This 6th annual bar crawl is an exclusive Dallasites101 event and not associated with any other winter holiday bar crawl in Dallas or out of state.

Can I get a ticket refund?

Ticket refunds are not available for this event. For this reason, we allow the transfer of tickets to friends or family members.

Can a friend check-in for me?

Yes, if you have one friend dropping by either check-in location, they can check in for you and gather your things!

What happens if it rains?

Ticket refunds are not available for this event, the bar crawl will take place rain or shine.
